Who doesn’t love swag? When launching our new brand it was important to our team that all 33,000 Sedgwick colleagues had an opportunity to fly the Sedgwick flag. For the first time our colleagues had the opportunity to purchase Sedgwick branded apparel and goods. The response was amazing! Within the first few months of launching our online storefront, theShop, we had over 25,000 site visitors and made over $300,000 in sales. We created something irresistible.
I collaborated with marketing leaders to align on our target audience and created categories such as “Pro Shop” For golf enthusiasts and “Pet lovers” for dog obsessed colleagues. My team then submitted ideas collectively to inform the type of products in theShop and applied our new look and feel. We then branded and built an online storefront for our colleagues to enjoy.
